Time Estimate: 20-30 hours over July and August
Scope: Pre-Launch

Description: The FAQ Team will work within the in-house style  
guidelines and at the direction of the User Documentation Manager to  
organize and create the site's FAQ and user manual. Requirements  
include impeccable writing skills, the ability to work well with a  
team and accept direction, and the ability to write in a casual and  
honest tone while keeping to the standards of spelling, grammar, and  
in-house style. Applicants should also be reasonably familiar with  
all of the LiveJournal features, both basic and advanced.

Please submit a writing sample of 500 words or more (technical or  
persuasive writing preferred, but fiction is also acceptable; show us  
something that shows your voice), a brief description of your  
familiarity level with LiveJournal, and a statement of how many hours  
a week you're willing to volunteer to denise at dwscoalition.org. Please  
use "FAQ Team" as the title of your email.
